b. Once you receive an RMA number, securely package the product along with a copy of your purchase receipt and the RMA number.

c. Send the package to the address provided when obtaining the RMA number.

4. Refunds:

a. Refunds will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. We will notify you via email once the return has been processed.

b. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
